- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup low-fat milk
- 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Place ingredients in a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker. Mix well. Cover slow cooker with lid, and cook on low for 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Serve warm with bread or tortilla chips.
