- 1 qt. mayonnaise
- 6 to 8 green onions with sturdy stems
- 2 or 3 drops green food coloring
- 5 to 6 sprigs fresh parsley
- 4 anchovies, chopped
Place all ingredients in blender and blend. Serve with fresh vegetables. If you use dried onion or parsley, you may be disappointed.
