The National Live Stock and Meat Board made a Meat Recipes for the 1960s, copyright 1959.
- 1 cup ground cooked ham
- 1/2 cup grated raw carrots
- 1/2 cup salad dressing
- 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Mix together all ingredients. Chill.
