  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, diced
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz) reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 pkg. (1 oz) dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup pecan pieces
  • Directions

    In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing mix and hard-cooked eggs. Use your hands to form into two balls or one log and set aside. Roll each ball or log in the pecan pieces. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with crackers.
