- 1 lb. each: boneless beef and pork meat for stew, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 cups chopped onions (about 1 large)
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Italian Dressing
- 1 jar (16 oz.) salsa
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) beef broth
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) black beans, drained, rinsed
Place all ingredients into crock pot in order listed. Stir. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over hot rice, if desired.
