- 10 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 celery, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- salt to taste
Add just enough water to cover potatoes; cook until fork tender; do not drain water. Break up potatoes (do not mash). Add 1 stick butter, 1 can evaporated milk. If you want cheese add about 1/3 of square of Velveeta block.
