Ingredients
- 12 French toast sticks
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup diced red pepper
- 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Directions
Lay French Toast Sticks in bottom of glass baking dish. In large mixing bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour remaining ingredients over French toast sticks. Bake for one hour in 350° pre-heated oven. Remove and let stand 5 minutes. Cut and serve. Serves 10
