For The Bread Machine Buttermilk Wheat Bread

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 s buttermilk
• 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1/3 whole wheat flour
• 1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. active dry yeast

Directions

In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order given. Select ?white bread? setting. Bake according to bread machine directions. Makes 1 loaf (1 1/2 lbs.)
