  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 ketchup
  • 1/2 salad oil
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened (optional)


Combine first 5 ingredients in pint jar; shake well and let sit several hours before using. Cream cheese may be added to dressing just before serving, if desired.
