- 4 medium carrots, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 to 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
- Dash pepper
Directions
Place carrots in a small saucepan; add water to cover. Cook for 10 minutes or until tender; drain and return to pan. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat until butter is melted.
