Grandma’S Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 sugar
  • 1/2 brown sugar
  • 1 pumpkin
  • 1/4 flour
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • vanilla
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 s regular milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions

Mix in order given. Beat egg whites last until stiff. Fold into batter. Pour into 3 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 400° 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and finish baking until set, about 35 to 40 minutes.
