Green Goddess Dip


  • 1 qt. mayonnaise
  • 6 to 8 green onions with sturdy stems
  • 2 or 3 drops green food coloring
  • 5 to 6 sprigs fresh parsley
  • 4 anchovies, chopped


Place all ingredients in blender and blend. Serve with fresh vegetables. If you use dried onion or parsley, you may be disappointed.
