Cheddar Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) cup fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon chopped pimento
- 1 teaspoon chopped green pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Dash of red pepper
- 4 ounce crushed fat-free saltine cracker crumbs
Directions
Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs. Chill at least 1 hour. Shape into ball, and coat with cracker crumbs. Serve this cheese ball with whole-wheat crackers for an extra fiber boost.
