Chipped Beef Cream Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 3 or 4 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1 package dried beef
  • 1 bunch spring onions

Directions

Soften cream cheese in bowl. Mix together with milk and horseradish. Cut 1/2 of the chopped beef into tiny pieces, 1/2 of the spring onions, and mix together. Form a ball. If too soft chill. Cut the other 1/2 of chipped beef and onions, and press into the surface of the ball. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers. Best if made a day ahead.
