Homemade Brownie Mix

Ingredients
- Yield: 4 batches of brownies
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa
- 4 cups sugar
Directions
In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa and sugar. Mix thoroughly. Evenly distribute mix into four clean and dry glass jars with tight fitting lids or tight sealing plastic bags. This mix makes 4 batches of Brownies with Mix recipe.
