Salmon Cream Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz) salmon
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons grated onion
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 1/2 teaspoons horseradish
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and roll in ball form. Roll ball in chopped pecans and parsley.
