Ingredients
- Mix:
- 1 sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 heaping tablespoon cornstarch
- Add:
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Stir, then add:
- 1/2 water
- 1/2 vinegar
- Stir, then add:
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions
Mix all together and cook over low heat, stirring constantly with wire whisk or spoon until thickens. Cool in refrigerator.
