In large mixing bowl, mix butter, honey, sugar and vanilla together until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well. Slowly add self-rising flour; mix well between each addition. Add chocolate-caramel chips to mixture; fold in gently. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350° oven 11 to 13 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet 2 minutes. Remove to wire rack to finish cooling.
