Kielbasa Soup


  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, or your choice of vegetables
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 1/2 lbs. kielbasa, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
  • 4 quarts water
  • fresh parsley


Combine all ingredients except parsley in large slow cooker. Cover. Cook on low 12 hours. Garnish individual servings with fresh parsley.
