Lime Gelatin Mold


  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
  • 1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup creamy cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1/2 mayonnaise
  • 1/4 chopped walnuts


Dissolve lime gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add juice from crushed pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened. With an electric mixer, beat until frothy. Fold in pineapple, horseradish, mayonnaise and walnuts. Chill until firm.
