- 1 lb. thin sliced pork chops
- (4-6 chops)
- 1 lb. little smokies
- 1 lb. baby carrots
- 2 or 3 onions, peeled and sliced or quartered
- 2 cans small, new potatoes
Season pork chops as desired and layer in crock pot with other ingredients. Add 1/2 cup liquid (can be water or fruit juice of choice). Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
