Melon With Sweet Lime Dressing

Ingredients

• 3 cups cantaloupe, cubed
• 3 cups honeydew, cubed
• 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 teaspoon fresh mint, chopped

Directions

In large bowl, combine cantaloupe and honeydew. In small bowl, combine orange marmalade, lime juice, honey and mint; mix well. Pour over fruit and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
