Orange Chocolate Fudge Dip

Ingredients: 6 Tbsp. nonfat vanilla yogurt 6 Tbsp. prepared chocolate fudge sauce 1-1/2 tsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 2 pints fresh strawberries Directions: Whisk ingredients together and refrigerate. Clean strawberries by rinsing and patting dry with a paper towel. Makes 6 servings.

Fruit Dip

Ingredients: 2 c. fat-free plain yogurt 1 small package of vanilla-flavored instant pudding 1/3 c. fat-free milk (approximately) Directions: Mix all ingredients, adding extra milk if necessary. Serve with any kind of cut up fruit.

Carmel Apple Dip

Ingredients: 8 oz. light cream cheese, softened 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Chopped peanuts (optional) Directions: Beat all ingredients until blended. Garnish with chopped nuts if desired. Serve with freshly sliced apples.
