- 1 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup maple flavored syrup
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 12 slices bacon; cooked, crumbled
Grease and flour microwave-safe pie plate. Beat together baking mix, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, syrup, sugar and eggs with a wire whisk until only small lumps remain; pour into pie plate. Microwave uncovered on high 5 1/2 to 7 1/2 minutes, making sure to rotate the pie plate a quarter turn every 2 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and the bacon. Microwave uncovered until cheese is melted. Serve with additional syrup and enjoy.
