Combine cake mix and spices. Add eggs. Add water using 1/3 cup less than on package. Add pumpkin and beat 4 minutes. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into greased 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350° 55 to 60 minutes or until done when testing with wooden pick. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes; remove from pan. Blend sugar, lemon juice and rind, and cream thoroughly. Drizzle cake with glaze.
