Salad With Blue Cheese & Walnuts

  • 2 s mixed salad greens
  • 1/4 chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled
  • Dressing:
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/8 white wine vinegar
  • 1/8 olive oil
  • 3 small garlic cloves finely minced or pressed.
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • one or two drops of hot sauce


Toss salad greens, walnuts and blue cheese together. Whisk together all dressing ingredients. Pour over salad. Toss and serve.
