- 1 1/2 cups cooked, chopped turkey
- One (8 ounce) package coleslaw mix
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons minced cilantro
- 3/4 cup Asian sesame or peanut salad dressing
- 1/2 cup crispy chow mein noodles
- 1/2 cup sliced flavored almonds
- 4 sprigs cilantro
- 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine turkey, coleslaw mix, onion and cilantro in a medium bowl. Add dressing and toss well. Divide among 4 plates and top each salad with 2 tablespoons or chow mein noodles and 2 tablespoons flavored almonds. Garnish each plate with cilantro and serve.
