- 1 lb. smoked Polish sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 5 medium potatoes, cubed
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 large carrots, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 (42 to 45 oz.) can chicken broth
- 1 (32 oz.) can or bag sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Combine all ingredients in large slow cooker. Stir to combine. Cover. Cook on high 2 hours, then low 6 to 8 hours. Serve with rye bread.
