Six-Layer Frozen Sweetie Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 premade graham cracker pie crust
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1/2 cup cashews, chopped
  • 6 ounces chocolate fudge topping

Directions:

  1. Mix peanut butter and honey.
  2. Stir mixture into softened ice cream.
  3. Spoon half of ice cream mixture into pie crust.
  4. Sprinkle with half of chopped cashews.
  5. Drizzle 4 ounces fudge sauce over cashews.
  6. poon remaining ice cream mixture into pie crust.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining cashews.
  8. Drizzle 2 ounces fudge sauce over cashews.
  9. Freeze until firm (about 6 hours).
  10. Garnish with whipped topping and additional fudge if desired.
