- 1 pie shell, baked or graham cracker crust
- 1 1/2 s water
- 1 small pkg. strawberry gelatin, sugar free
- 1 quart strawberries
- 3 packets artificial sweetener
Crush 1/3 quart berries, add water, bring to boil and add gelatin, stir until dissolved. Set aside to thicken. Sprinkle artificial sweetener over remaining berries. Add to thickened gelatin. Pour into pie shell; refrigerate until firm.
