Vacation with us: Smith, Knueve, and Winkel

Peggy Smith and her daughter Melinda Knueve took a girls trip from Alliance, Ohio to Wapun, Wisconsin. The women were on a mission to see Smith’s sister, Jeannette Winkel, where her family owns an organic dairy farm. While in Wapun, Wisconsin, the three women visited an ice creamery called Kelly’s where they use their own milk from their 60-cow dairy and make ice cream to sell.
