There’s a song that says “School’s out for summer,” but what if school is at the University of the Virgin Islands? That’s where Larry Butcher, of Athens, Ohio, attended an aquaculture shortcourse on aquaponics and tilapia with Farm and Dairy in June. Farm and Dairy was distracted by the gentle, warm breezes and swaying palm trees.
