All Vendors welcome. Food Trucks onsite.

Notice to vendors- All horses will need a negative coggins test and turkeys need to have a plate test. All Sheep & Goats need Scrapie tags. Onsite Pullorum testing available.

Dog Vendors: Due to Ohio Law, no person shall sell a puppy under 8 weeks of age- revise code O. R.C. 955.50.

Vendor fee per spot – Outside – $15.00 per day or $25.00 for 2 days.

Inside – $30.00 per day or $50.00 for 2 days

NOTE: The Mt Hope Sundown Sale will be going on Friday evening 4-8PM in the Dean Beachy Arena. Food, music and Merchant prize drawings that evening as well.
