You’re invited to a FREE Manure Management Workshop.
The revised DEP Manure Management Manual released in October 2011 requires every farm and horse operation in Pennsylvania that produces or applies manure to develop and implement a written in Manure Management Plan (MMP).
The primary purpose of this workshop is to guide participants through the process of completing a MMP for their farm. The goal is to have each farmer leave with a MMP that is well on the way to being completed.
The workshop will be held at the Community Library of Allegheny Valley, Harrison Library Community Room. Refreshments will be provided.
Registration required by March 13th.
