JEROMESVILLE, Ohio — Through grants, the Hillsdale FFA was able to purchase two virtual welders made by Lincoln Electric. The welders are computerized so that students can learn correctly and safely to weld.

The new machines have made learning to weld more enjoyable. They show students how to weld properly and show them their mistakes. The virtual welder can hook up to the projector, so that all the students can be involved while one student welds. The welds can also be graded.
