BURTON, Ohio — The Geauga County 4-H Program is starting a Robotics 4-H Club to engage in Junk Drawer Robotics.
Junk Drawer Robotics is a curriculum developed by National 4-H that engages youth in critical math, science, and programming skills through robotics.
Youth will use everyday items to construct functioning robots.
An informational meeting will be held Nov. 18 at 7 p.m. at the OSU Extension Office, 14269 Claridon Troy Road, Burton, Ohio.
This meeting will explain how the club will work, what the robotics program/competitions are, a chance to meet the volunteers, and ask questions.

VIENNA, Ohio — The Trumbull County 4-H Shooting Sports Pioneers will have an introductory meeting Nov. 15, from 6-8 p.m. in the Fish and Game Club of Vienna.
All prospective and returning members should attend to complete the paperwork and have questions answered. Future regular meetings will be held on two Fridays of each month — January through May.
The first is Jan. 10. Children ages 9-18 (and their parents) are invited. Dues per person are $25 annually plus $2 for each evening.
