Refreshing Spring Smoothie

Ingredients: 2 cups fat-free yogurt, plain 2 Anjou pears (peeled, cored, and chopped) 1 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen) 2/3 cup orange juice 1/4 cup honey 1 tsp. Orange zest Directions: Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.

Summer Breeze Smoothie

Ingredients: 1 cup yogurt (non-fat, plain) 6 strawberries (medium) 1 cup pineapple (crushed, canned in juice) 1 banana (medium) 1 tsp. vanilla extract 4 ice cubes Directions: Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Serve in frosted glass.

Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients: 2 cups plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt 1 cup fat-free milk 1 tbsp. powdered Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix 3 cups frozen blueberries Directions: Blend ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
