- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 (16-ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 (13-ounce) can evaporated skim milk
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients until crumbly. Press into an ungreased 9 by 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour on top of first baked layer. Bake 35 minutes at 350°. Cut into 12 squares.
