Blueberry Spread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 powdered sugar

Directions

Place butter in food processor and blend until smooth. Add blueberries and powdered sugar; blend until smooth and fluffy. Pack in covered refrigerator container and store in refrigerator. Makes about 1 cup.
