- 1 1/2 pounds top sirloin steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups quartered fresh strawberries
- Salad mix (6 oz)
- 6 tablespoons toasted walnuts
- 1/4 cup chopped mint
- 1/2 cup sweet and sour dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Brush steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill to desired doneness. Combine strawberries, salad, walnuts, mint and dressing; Divide equally between four plates. Slice steaks thinly across the grain and arrange evenly on top of each plate.
