Event to celebrate 80th anniversary of Stark County Historical Society
CANTON, Ohio — The McKinley Presidential Library & Museum will host its annual signature event Timeless Connections on Sept.24 from 6-8 p.m.
This year’s theme, “Our Story – 80 Years in the Making,” celebrates the 80th anniversary of the Stark County Historical Society, the organization behind the McKinley Presidential Library & Museum.
Tickets are $65 for members and $70 for non-members. A special $80 anniversary ticket includes a free custom-made, limited-edition, numbered military challenge-style commemorative coin featuring the McKinley National Memorial. Sponsorship packages are also available.
Guests will enjoy behind-the-scenes access to rarely seen artifacts and photographs, immersive exhibits and interactive experiences throughout the museum that celebrate the people, milestones and memories that have shaped the museum over the past 80 years.
The evening will feature live music, heavy appetizers, and specialty samples from local favorites, including Dishes by Design, That Little Italian Kitchen, and Cherry Blend Coffee Roasters and more.

The McKinley Presidential Library & Museum is located at 800 McKinley Monument Dr NW in Canton. The Museum also includes the McKinley National Memorial, McKinley Gallery, Street of Shops, The Stark County Story, Discover World, Ramsayer Research Center and the Hoover-Price Planetarium.
