Firefighters learn to save farmers

SALEM, Ohio – Firefighters participating in the new agriculture rescue training program in Pennsylvania are learning how to save farmers.

Even though many of these firefighters are from rural areas, they don’t necessarily know how ag equipment works or the hazards involved, said farm safety specialist Phil Pitzer.
