Members of the Stockmen’s Market Livestock 4-H Club in Mahoning County recently completed a community service project at Bricker Homestead Park in Goshen Township, including purchasing white amur fish to release to help clean the lake in a chemical-free way.

Interesting…obviously good work. I am frustrated with my 1/4 – 1/8 acre pond. Vegetation is growing from the bottom. I cannot afford professional help – doubt it is even available here in rural Oregon.

What do these amur fish eat? Is there a contact email address for information?

    Thanks in advance.
