ATLANTA — Pennsylvania 4-H members attended National 4-H Congress in Atlanta, Georgia, Nov. 27-Dec. 1. 4-H members are selected to represent their county and the state of Pennsylvania based on their personal, academic and 4-H accomplishments and achievements. Beaver County 4-H was represented by Victoria Ingram.
