Sugar Valley Farm has been a fixture in Delaware County since 1968, founded by Dr. Dale and Evelyn Walters. Dr. Walters, a respected veterinarian for more than 50 years, built the farm on horsemanship and a passion for the Standardbred industry, producing notable horses including Saccharum, a two-time Ohio Sires Stakes Champion inducted into the Ohio Harness Racing Hall of Fame.
