Birdwatching is an enjoyable pastime for many. To view a variety of feathered friends in your yard as you enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea is a delightful way to include nature in your busy days. Salem Public Library and Salem Parks and Recreation are pleased to host another “Go Wild in the Park” series program, “Attracting Birds to Your Backyard” presented by Jeff Harvey, President of the Audubon Society of Mahoning Valley, on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. in the library’s Quaker Room. Learn more about ways to provide a habitat beneficial to the health and well-being of birds during this program that is open to the public and free of cost to attend. Please register online at www.salem.lib.oh.us. For more information and assistance please call the library at 330-332-0042.

The “Go Wild in the Park” series is provided through a partnership of Salem Parks and Recreation and Salem Public Library to provide educational and entertaining programs about nature.
