– Auctioneer Randy Compton of Russ Kiko Associates Inc. Auctioneers, Canton, Ohio, held a real estate auction July 30 in Canal Fulton, Ohio.
The real estate, a duplex with two bedrooms, one bath, a laundry room and an eat-in kitchen per side, sold for $92,400.
According to Compton, there were approximately 17 bidders registered and the bidding was fair for both buyer and seller. The auction took about 30 minutes from start to finish.
Compton also said buyers are still attending auctions in good numbers. He believes the auction method of marketing real estate can still bring a good value in a timely manner.
