For weeks, Blue Bell Creameries has been pulling some of its products off of store shelves, but with the discovery of Listeria cytogenes in some half-gallon containers of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, the company voluntarily took all of its products out of stores, according to CNN.

Included in the recall are ice cream, frozen yogurt, sherbet and other frozen products.

The bacterium listeria cytogenes can cause Listeriosis, which can cause headaches, stiff neck, confusion, loss of balance, convulsions, fever, muscle aches and potentially miscarriages and stillbirths in pregnant women. So far, three people have died and five people have become ill, potentially because of listeriosis.

More information about the Blue Bell recall, refer to the company’s website.
