SALEM, Ohio – The subscription rate to Farm and Dairy will increase Jan. 1, 2006.
The current one-year subscription rate of $28 will increase to $31, and a two-year subscription will increase to $53 from the current price of $48.
The rate increase is the first for the paper in five years, according to Publisher Scot Darling.
“We’ve tried to hold down costs for our readers, but the rate increase is necessary to offset substantial increases in both newsprint and postage,” Darling said.
“We think Farm and Dairy contains a wealth of information and, for just over 50 cents a week, remains quite a bargain.”
Access to all Farm and Dairy auctions online – at www.farmanddairy.com – is an added benefit of being a paid print subscriber. All online auctions and classified ads are keyword searchable, and top stories are also archived online and fully searchable.
You can take advantage of the current rate until Dec. 30. Just call our subscription department at 800-837-3419 to extend your current subscription or order a new one.
Subscriptions can also be ordered online at our secure Web site, www.farmanddairy.com.
