SALEM, Ohio — The Kids, Kows, ‘N’ Kritters 4-H club met Jan. 11 at the Cope home.

The new officers presided over the meeting. President is Justin Coppersmith; vice president is Isaac Thompson; secretary, Kelly See; treasurer, Cody Cope; health and safety officer is Brandon Catlett; news reporter is Rachel Thompson.

Members discussed the upcoming jewelry party fundraiser to be held at the Wilcox home Jan. 24.

The next meeting is Feb. 8, 7 p.m., at a location to be determined.

BURTON, Ohio –The January meeting of the Flockmasters 4-H club was held Jan. 8. Officers are: president, Joey Roach; vice president, Dakota Ward; secretary, Amanda O’Reilly; treasurer, Victoria Sevich; news reporter, Nate Walker; health and safety officer, David Prots; and hospitality officer, Kelsey Kingman.

Following the business meeting members had a presentation about when you can do to get more active in 4-H. Some the things presented were Jr. Fairboard, Jr. Leaders, 4-H camp counselors, Forestry Camp, and Citizenship Washington Focus.

The next meeting will be Feb. 12 at the Geauga County Fairgrounds.
